Terms of Service

These terms apply to this website and to the services offered by Barbara’s Luxury Spa. By booking, purchasing or creating an account you agree to them.

Bookings and cancellations

• A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge it by email or WhatsApp.
• Cancellations or changes made 24 hours or more in advance are free of charge.
• With less than 24 hours' notice, or in case of no-show, 50% of the price may be charged.
• Late arrival shortens the session; the price does not change.

Purchases and digital products

• Prices are shown in the currency indicated and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Digital products are delivered to your account and by email immediately after payment.
• Packages and vouchers are valid for the period stated at purchase and are not refundable after that period.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the account page.

Health and safety

Complementary services are not a substitute for medical advice. Please tell us about any health condition, pregnancy, recent surgery or medication before a session; we may adapt or decline a service for your safety.

Conduct

Services are strictly professional. Inappropriate behaviour ends the session immediately, without refund.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned.
